Who We Are:
Day-to-day operations of the Conservation Commission are administered by Conservation Agent Wayne Fostin. General calls and questions should be directed through Mr. Fostin. The Conservation Commission Office is located within the Building Department Office at the Town Hall.
The Conservation Commission consists of a maximum of seven voting members appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Associate members participate in discussions, but are non-voting members.
The Commission holds Public Hearings, conducts site visits, issues permits, and conducts enforcement actions. Regular Meetings are held every other Monday at 6:30 PM at the Town Hall. Information on Public Hearings are posted on the Town Hall Bulletin Board and in the local free news publication "Fairhaven Neighborhood News".
