ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION
Thursday, February 12, 2009 - 5:00 PM - Last day and hour for requesting nomination papers.
Tuesday, February 17, 2009 - 5:00 PM - Last day and hour for filing all nomination papers with the Registrar of Voters (Town Clerk's Office).
Monday, March 2, 2009 - 5:00 PM - Last day and hour for registrars to file papers with the Town Clerk after certification.
Wednesday, March 4, 2009 - 5:00 PM - Last day and hour to withdraw nomination papers.
Tuesday, March 17, 2009 - Last day to register voters for the Town Election. The Town Clerk's Office will be open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM on this day.
Papers for town-wide office require 50 certified signatures.
Papers for Town Meeting Members require 10 certified signatures from your precinct only.
Nomination papers will be available January 5, 2009. Polls are Open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Precinct 1 - Town Hall - William Street Entrance
Precinct 2 - Fairhaven High School - Larch Avenue Entrance
Precinct 3 - Hastings Middle School - Ash Street Entrance
Precinct 4 - Hastings Middle School - Ash Street Entrance
Precinct 5 - Leroy Wood School - Sconticut Neck Road Entrance
Precinct 6 - East Fairhaven School - New Boston Road Entrance
