Press Release - The Fairhaven Health Department, along with the New Bedford Fresh Start
program, are co-sponsoring an informational meeting concerning the enrollment of individuals
who suffer from a hoarding disorder into a Hoarding remediation program called Buried in
Treasures.
This meeting will address any questions or concerns you or someone you may know about
collecting too much stuff. Please join us May 8, 2018 at 1 Oneida Street in New Bedford, MA.
(Buttonwood Warming House) from 5-6 p.m.
The informational meeting and the Buried in Treasures meetings are free and open to all area
residents.
3-8% of the population suffers from hoarding disorders. There are resources to help. Please join
us.
