Temporary Occupant Capacity Sign

As discussed at their January 13, 2021 meeting the Board of Health voted to have all establishments with a food permit to please post this Temporary Occupant Capacity Sign at the main entrance. This will help with any confusion of occupancy capacity for the establishment.The Board has asked to have this sign placed on your establishment entrance no later than Monday January 18, 2021.

Currently for restaurants the capacity is 25% of their seated capacity. Retail is 25% of their allowed occupancy capacity.

The current 25% capacity is in effect until noon on January 24th per Gov. Baker. After January 24th we would be happy to assist with updated signage in relation to any policy change. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
