Voluntary Water Ban Effective July 18, 2022

Due to the lack of rain and very dry conditions along with high temperatures, the Board of Public Works is requesting voluntary outside water use restrictions until further notice. We are asking that all outside watering be done between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are requesting an odd/even outside watering schedule. If your house or business address is an even number then you would do outside watering on even number days. If your house or business address is an odd number then you would do outside watering on odd number days.

A voluntary restriction limits watering to an even/odd basis as follows:

*Even numbered addresses are restricted to allow lawn watering on even numbered days only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

*Odd numbered addresses are restricted to allow lawn watering on odd numbered days only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
