Invitations to Bid (RFP)
The Town of Fairhaven (Town) through its Procurement Office is requesting sealed bids for the following items. Sealed bids will be received until the date specified. Late submittals will not be accepted. After the closing time, the Interested Party submittals will be opened for the sole purpose of recording the names of the Interested Parties submitting. Sealed bids will be received at Town of Fairhaven, Mark Rees, Town Administrator, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719.

The Town of Fairhaven reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part and to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it may deem to be in the Town of Fairhaven’s best interest.
