Welcome to the Town of Fairhaven Human Resources Department website. The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide the leadership, direction, and the support needed to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals in order to support the needs of the Town's employees.  The employees are the HR Department's internal customers.
