Please fill out the 2024 Mooring Application Form completely and submit it back to the Marine Resources Department no later than April 30, 2024.
On June 12, 2021, at the annual Town Meeting, new Waterway Rules and Regulations were accepted. A copy of the mooring regulations can be found here, please read through them carefully
A $50.00 Non-Commerical and a $150.00 Commercial Mooring Permit fee for renewals has been implemented. There are three ways to return the form and pay for your mooring.
- Bring it to the Select Board Office in the Town Hall and pick up your sticker.
- Mail it to the above address with a self-addressed stamped envelope, and we will mail the sticker back to you.
- Mail or email the mooring application to smills@fairhaven-ma.gov and pay online via this link.
