2024 Shellfishing Permits

Resident Non-Commercial & Non Resident Non-Commercial Shellfishing Permits are now available online.  By clicking this link you can follow the instructions through with Unibank.  Please note, a proof of residency (Mass License or ID, or Utility Bill) must be mailed to smills@fairhaven-ma.gov in order for the permit to be mailed to you.  

The Shellfish Permit Applications are also available here.  The completed applications can be turned into the Fairhaven Town Hall, in the Selectmen's Office, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.  Residents must show proof of residency with the application.
