Zoning Bylaw Update

Here are the proposed 2024 Bylaw updates.  The first attachment contains primarily administrative and corrective changes.  It also includes proposed amendments to accessory dwelling units, private docks and piers, and parking in setbacks.  The next three attachments address proposed changes to stormwater management.  The primary purpose for these changes is to merge three stormwater bylaws (Chapters 194, 198-31.1, and 322-26) into one bylaw (a revised Chapter 194).  The proposed changes also removes inconsistencies and meets Commonwealth stormwater regulations.
