FY25 Annual Form of List Filing

In accordance with M.G.L Ch. 59, §29, all taxable Personal Property shall be listed on a Form of List (FOL) and returned annually to the Assessors' office by March 1st. Postcard reminders were mailed on 1/1/2024 to all business owners who are required to file.  Properties that are considered 2nd homes are not required to file for FY25.

The form is available under the Personal Property Information tab by scrolling to the bottom of the page.  Blank copies of the FOL are also available in the Assessors' office during normal business hours.
