2018 CDBG Projects

The Town of Fairhaven seeks proposals from firms for grant administration services for the 2018 MA CDBG and Town funded projects, which includes the reconstruction of Hedge Street. A copy of the RFP is available from the Department of Planning & Economic Development. The Town must receive your proposals at the Planning Office no later than Noon on September 28, 2018.  Proposers must submit three (3) copies technical proposals, completed forms, and one (1) copy of the price proposal. The Town reserves the right to reject any proposal deemed not to be in its best interest and waive minor technicalities.  The contract period shall be from about late September 2018 until January 31, 2020.  The maximum fee allowed is $46,000.00.  Postmarks, faxes, and email proposals will not be considered.
