Conservation Permits Required for Flood Zone/Wetland Resource Property Owners

Do you pay flood insurance? Is your property in a flood zone? 

Did you know that flood zones fall under the jurisdiction of the Conservation Commission in addition to wetland resource areas and you may need a permit to do work on your property?
