Phase 3, Step 1 Effective Dec. 13 for MA

Effective Sunday, December 13, the entire state of Massachusetts will be in Phase 3 Step 1 of the Reopening Plan. Please keep in mind that Fairhaven has already been in Phase 3 Step 1 since November 2, 2020 so this is not a major change. The image below indicates the differences between Steps 1 and 2.
