Proclamation

At their meeting on Monday, January 22, 2024, the Fairhaven Select Board issued a proclamation to the dedicated employees, volunteers and residents from across the community for their support of the unsheltered families who were placed at the Seaport Resort & Marina in the fall of 2023.

We are immensely grateful for the hard work and dedication exhibited by these volunteers. Their selfless efforts have made a lasting impact in the lives of these families. The volunteers, coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences, have demonstrated an outstanding sense of community and shared purpose. Their enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond have shown the strength of our community spirit and also inspired others.
