Hatha Yoga

In this class postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. As we flow from one pose to the other we will focus on linking our breath with our movement. Our goal is to release tension, de—stress and find balance between mind, body and soul. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step by step verbal description and demonstration, as well as hands on adjustments as needed. Modifications will be offered to encourage participation from level: beginner—intermediate.
