Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
On October 1, 2020 the Town of Fairhaven launched the Perspectives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service through MEGA insurance.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to Town employees and their families. Call 800-456-6327 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to reach a counselor. Contact Human Resources for ID login and Password information.

Perspectives provides monthly live webinars on a variety of important topics. These are offered live monthly and then posted online for 24 hour/7 day a week access. They also provide archived webinar topics which are available online as well.
