    1. Preserve 1884 Rogers Building and put in 15 Condominiums
    2. Demolish 1950’s addition and replace with 6 single family homes

    2. $5,000 from sale of 13 condo units will be put into CA maintenance reserve fund. Master Covenant for maintenance and future protection to be recorded.
    3. Monthly fees from 13 condo units will be put into CA maintenance fund.
    4. Homeowner’s Association for 6 houses.

    1. Rogers School: New 12 spot lot on Chestnut in addition to  existing 12 on Pleasant
  8. Development Area: Does not exceed 50’ pavement beyond ROW.

    1. Will apply to National Historic Register
    2. Propose to place 99-year deed restrictions on future use.
